At present, we are nearing the end of the first quarter of 2016. This is the time of year that more than 80% of people who made a New Years resolution have quit trying to achieve their goal. What about you? Is it harder than you thought? If so, the following six tips can help you to finish strong.

Tell yourself the great story of how it will be
when you reach the end result
of that resolution/goal that you set.
Talk to yourself the way you want it to be.
#6. Start again, NOW
Don't quit until you reach your goal.
